Job summary

The Powder Horn Club in Sheridan, WY is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced hospitality setting. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. A retention bonus is offered after 6 months of service.

Willingness to learn, reliability, and teamwork are essential as you support daily dishwashing operations for AM and PM shifts.

Qualifications

• Understanding the knowledge of safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
• Set up or break down dishwashing area.
• Clean and roll/unroll mats.
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
• Sweep/mop floors.
• Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster.
• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
• Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.
• Full compliance with the Department of Health regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Summary:

The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. Retention bonus after 6 months of work.

Key Responsibilities:
