Job summary

Troon Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a full-time Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of china, glassware, and utensils in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will operate dishwashing equipment, hand-wash pots and pans, and contribute to a sanitary kitchen and dining area.

Responsibilities include back-of-house cleanliness, trash disposal, and complying with health regulations, while collaborating with a team to ensure smooth service at Troon’s premier golf and community property.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dishes using the dish machine or by hand.

• Assist with restrooms and general restaurant cleaning.
• Comply with health regulations and safety guidelines.

Troon Country Club, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

General Purpose:

This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils, using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorts and rinses dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and places them in racks to send through the dish machine
• Sorts and stacks clean dishes
• Changes dishwater in the dish machine every hour
• Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand
• Removes trash and garbage to the dumpster
• Sets up or breaks down the dishwashing area
• Cleans and rolls or unrolls mats
• Fills and empties soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
• Sweeps and mops floorsSweeps up trash around the exterior of the restaurant and the garbage dumpster
• Conducts general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
• Wipes up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
• Ensures full compliance with Department of Health regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications:
