Job summary

Troon, via Grande Dunes Ocean Club in Myrtle Beach, SC, is hiring a full-time Dishwasher for a fast-paced kitchen. You will support dishwashing, pot and utensil prep, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Hours are full-time with mostly early evenings; reliable transportation is expected. Healthcare, retirement benefits, PTO, and employee meals are provided.

Qualifications

• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, shelves, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all wares in proper areas and follows safe work practices.
• Keeps kitchen clean after close and assists as needed.
• Supports other duties as required.

Grande Dunes Ocean Club, located in Myrtle Beach, SC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for aFull-Time Dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required
• Full-time hours / full availability/ mostly early evenings
• Prep skills is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Willingness to take direction
• Hard working / great attitude

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have experience working infast paced restaurant experience.

Other Qualifications

• Regular and reliable attendance.
