Job summary

The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is seeking a Trolley Driver to transport guests safely around the property and deliver outstanding service. You will be an essential part of creating unforgettable experiences for guests at this AAA Four Diamond resort.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and be able to sit and drive for long periods; a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL license with a Passenger Endorsement and pass a driving background check.
• One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to sit and drive for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel and general public.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests throughout the resort upon request.
• Provide exceptional guest service with an outgoing and pleasant demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of the resort and Lake Geneva area to assist guests.
• Communicate effectively and consistently with the Front Office team.
• Work well under pressure and handle tasks efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
