Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Trolley Driver at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. You will transport guests safely around the resort and deliver exceptional service with a friendly, helpful demeanor.

Requirements include a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and the ability to sit and drive for long periods, plus flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL license with Passenger Endorsement.
• One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to sit and drive for long periods.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with hospitality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests throughout the resort upon request.
• Provide exceptional guest service with an outgoing and pleasant demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of the resort and Lake Geneva area to assist guests.
• Communicate effectively with the Front Office team.
• Work well under pressure and handle tasks efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What will you be doing?

• Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel and general public.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
