Job summary

Marcus is seeking a Bell Attendant at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure guests are acquainted with their rooms and features. You’ll help transport items, match tags, and provide directions while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires a positive attitude, 6+ months in guest service, and availability for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Great benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 6+ months previous work experience in a guest service position required, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of proper guest service standards and code of conduct.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with basic computer and radio skills; able to anticipate needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and stay calm during busy periods or emergencies.
• Assist with luggage and transport items to guest rooms using a bell cart.
• Match luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and manage luggage storage.
• Direct guests to hotel areas and provide helpful guidance.
• Address guest inquiries with accurate information and assist as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What will you be doing?

• Direct guests to hotel areas and provide helpful guidance.
• Listen to guest inquiries, offer accurate information, and assist as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 6+ months previous work experience in a guest service position required, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Overall knowledge of proper guest service, standards and code of conduct.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with a general knowledge of computer and radio functions as well as ability to find a need and take care of an issue.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
• Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
