Job summary

Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN seeks a TRIO/SSS Retention Specialist to support persistence and graduation for first-generation, low-income, and/or disabled students. You will manage data entry, program records, and coordinate workshops in a fast-paced, grant-funded environment.

Working closely with the Program Director and Student Success Specialist, you will provide holistic advising to a caseload of 15–20 participants, helping with course planning, FAFSA processes, and campus referrals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in academic coaching, retention services, tutoring, or academic advising in a higher education setting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry, management, & reporting for TRIO/SSS.
• Holistic advising & case management for 15–20 participants.
• Collaborate with Program Director and campus partners to plan workshops and events.
