The TRIO News Media Specialist is responsible for the development, production, and management ofcommunications, graphic design, photography, video, audio, digital media, marketing, and promotionalmaterials supporting the University’s TRIO Programs.
The position is a hands-on, production-oriented role responsible for maintaining a consistent workload and delivering quality work within established deadlines. The Specialist is expected to take initiative,manage projects from concept through completion, proactively identify opportunities to promote TRIO,and provide timely and professional support to all TRIO programs.

Routine office environment with work throughout campus and at TRIO events, schools, conferences,and other assigned locations. May require operating media equipment, lifting or carrying lightweightequipment, and occasional evening or weekend work based on program activities.
