Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Three to six years of direct, full-time professional work experience in student services, academic advising, or related roles.
• Experience in supervising and training staff.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience working in or managing a federally funded TRIO program.
• Experience with federal compliance reporting and grant administration.
• Experience in pre-college programming.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective first-generation college students and others on academic, career, and financial aid goals.
• Plan and conduct workshops and campus visits; coordinate events and field trips.
• Manage program operations, scheduling, and reporting to ensure federal goals and compliance.
• Supervise part-time staff and coordinate training and development.
• Collaborate with school partners to recruit and retain participants and promote program services.
• Monitor data for federal performance reports and program evaluations.
