Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least two years of relevant experience with similar populations.
• Experience with TRIO programs or similar student support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic, personal, career, and transfer advising/coaching to a cohort of students.
• Monitor student progress and assess program effectiveness.
• Assist with TRIO program activities and data collection for evaluation.
• Connect students with internal and external resources to support academic success and transfer.
• Lead and participate in campus tours and outreach activities.
