Colorado Mountain College seeks a combined TRIO Student Support Services Coordinator and Student Engagement & Success Coordinator to support first-generation, low-income, and disabled students. The role is full-time and grant-funded, with duties split between student support services and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in education, counseling or related field with two years of experience working with similar populations.
• Experience with access and success programs for underrepresented populations essential.
• Ability to administer and evaluate assessment testing; provide academic and career/life counseling; maintain statistical data.

Responsibilities

• Administers assessment tests for applicants and evaluates progress.
• Advices and creates academic plans for program participants.
• Coordinates tutoring programs and trains tutors; establishes peer mentoring.
• Engages with SSS coordinators at other campuses for transfer visits.
• Supports outreach to prospective students and collaborates with community partners.
