Responsibilities

• Provide intrusive academic advising and course planning for project participants.
• Develop and maintain Individual Service Plans and track participant progress.
• Coordinate transfer planning and career assessment resources on campus.
• Maintain a large caseload with deadlines and reporting requirements.
