Job summary

Fashion Nova is seeking a detail-oriented Trims Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement of trims and packaging. You will bridge design vision and production by negotiating with suppliers, updating Trim Manuals, and maintaining centralized libraries.

In this cross-functional role, collaborate with Buying, Sourcing, and Marketing, enforce quality controls, and drive cost efficiency and timely delivery across global suppliers from Beverly Hills HQ.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in trim operations, sourcing, procurement, or product development in fast-fashion.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation, vendor management and contracting.
• Deep knowledge of global trim manufacturing, testing standards, and compliance.
• Experience creating and maintaining Trim Manuals and centralized libraries.
• Strong cross-functional management and ability to work with procurement and QC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for interfacing with executives and factories.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sourcing and procurement of trims and packaging for buying and marketing.
• Collaborate with garment factories, trim suppliers, and overseas vendors for timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times to establish scalable vendor agreements.
• Develop and standardize Trim Manuals, quality guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
• Build and maintain a Trim Library to streamline procurement workflows.
• Work with QC/Compliance to enforce trim quality and test performance.
• Forecast trim needs with internal teams and align procurement with production timelines.
• Audit supplier performance and foster long-term vendor partnerships.
