Fashion Nova is seeking a detail-oriented Trims Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and management of trims and packaging across buying and marketing. You will negotiate with suppliers, establish robust vendor agreements, and maintain trim libraries and manuals to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and fast production timelines.

The role requires deep knowledge of global trim manufacturing, testing standards, and compliance, with strong cross-functional collaboration with Procurement

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in trim operations, sourcing, or procurement in fast-fashion.
• Proven supplier negotiation, vendor management, and contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sourcing and procurement of trims and packaging for buying and marketing.
• Partner with garment factories, trim suppliers, and overseas vendors to ensure timely delivery.
