Job summary

DÔEN is seeking a Trim, Branding Development and Purchasing Manager to lead end-to-end trims, packaging, labels and branding across all product categories at their HQ in Van Nuys, CA.

You will collaborate with Design, Marketing, Product Development, Technical Design, Production, Sourcing, Quality, Operations and external suppliers to meet aesthetic vision, quality, cost objectives and calendar milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in textiles, fashion, engineering, product development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trim development, product development, sourcing, or manufacturing.
• Experience with global suppliers or buying offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal trim and branding development aligned with the Product Creation Calendar.
• Develop trims, packaging, labels, hardware, and branding components per design specs and standards.
• Manage trim sampling, approvals, revisions, and supplier communications.
• Maintain PLM records and development documentation for cross-functional visibility.
• Ensure trims meet quality, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
