Job summary

Fashion Nova is seeking a detail-oriented Trims Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing of trims and packaging. You will partner with garment factories and trim suppliers to secure on-time delivery, negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times, and maintain centralized Trim Manuals and library.

In this role you will collaborate with Buying, Sourcing, QC, and Marketing teams to forecast trim needs, ensure compliance, and drive cost efficiency across high-volume production. Beverly Hills HQ preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in trim operations or procurement in fast-fashion.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation and vendor management.
• Deep knowledge of global trim manufacturing, physical testing standards, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and maintain Trim Manuals and centralized resource libraries.
• Strong cross-functional management with Procurement and Quality Control.
• Excellent understanding of high-volume apparel production timelines and buying cycles.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with a focus on cost optimization.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and global factories.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sourcing and procurement of trims and packaging.
• Partner with garment factories, trim suppliers, and overseas vendors for timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times to establish scalable, cost-effective vendor agreements.
• Develop, update, and standardize Trim Manuals, quality guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
• Build and maintain a Trim Library to streamline design selection and procurement workflows.
• Collaborate with QC and Compliance to enforce standards and test trim performance.
• Forecast trim needs with Buying, Sourcing, and Marketing; align schedules with production timelines.
• Audit supplier performance and build long-term vendor partnerships.
