Our company, Closet Factory, is the Custom Storage Solution Authority serving Northeast Ohio's needs for custom space organization throughout the home. We design, sell, build, and install custom cabinetry, including closets, home offices, garages, entertainment centers, pantries, bookshelves, and more.

Our parent company has been in business for over 30 years with locations across the country. Closet Factory Cleveland has been owned and operated by the same principal owner for over 22 years. We have experienced substantial growth and are now looking to expand our team of skilled professionals.

Manufacturing & Installation

Our factory manufactures all wood parts for our product line using the 32-millimeter system. Woodworkers prepare each job and check it for accuracy and quality. Carpenters/Installers load the product into vans and install the cabinetry in clients' homes.

The Position

We are expanding our Installation Crew. Our carpenters/installers transport materials from our factory in Parma to clients' homes and install according to plans created by our Design Consultants. Respectful treatment of clients is paramount. Installations are scheduled 6-8 weeks in advance, requiring punctuality and adherence to schedules, typically working 8-9 hours per day.

Typical Day

• Arrive at 7:30 AM; review plans, load vans if needed
• Depart by 8:00 AM for client sites
• Meet clients, inspect installation sites, and verify measurements
• Remove existing storage and prepare the site
• Unload and build cabinetry according to plans
• Complete installation, clean up, and present the finished product to the client
• Return tools and organize for the next day

Installations may involve one or multiple installers, depending on the job size.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, plus incentives.
