• Execute high-quality framing, trim carpentry, and finish work
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and sketches accurately
• Perform precise measurements, cuts, and assemblies
• Collaborate to maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Supervise and mentor apprentices or laborers
• Ensure cleanliness and safety on all sites
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and trades

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential carpentry experience, especially in remodels and additions
• Expertise in rough and finish carpentry, cabinetry, and trim installation
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Own hand tools; power tools provided
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in variable weather conditions
• Weekly pay cycle
• Twice-yearly substantial bonuses

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
