Job summary

Penmarc Inspired Spaces, LLC is seeking a skilled Trim Carpenter to install millwork, cabinets, and closet organizers for residential and commercial projects. You will read blueprints, measure precisely, and ensure installations are plumb, level, and secure, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean jobsite.

You will travel as needed, use hand and power tools, and collaborate with market managers to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain EPA RRP Lead Renovator Certification within 30 days.
• 5+ years of construction/carpentry/millwork experience.
• Own basic hand tools and maintain them for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets, cabinetry, trim, millwork and finishes per design specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Ensure installations are plumb, level and securely fastened.
