Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to obtain EPA Lead Renovator Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of general safety practices or OSHA training preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, and millwork.
• Experience in interior trim, remodels, renovations, shelving, or closet organizers.
• Ability to read layouts from blueprints and apply basic mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets, cabinetry, trim, millwork, and related finishes to meet project specifications.
• Ensure installations are plumb, level, and securely fastened.
• Perform trim work, sheetrock repair, light painting, and millwork construction per design specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications accurately.
• Measure and cut materials with precision using hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Travel as required for project needs, including overnight stays.
