Job summary

Penmarc Inspired Spaces, LLC is seeking a Travel Trim Carpenter to install millwork, cabinets and closet organizers for residential and commercial clients in the Phoenix area. You will manage field installations, lead by example, and ensure client satisfaction with high-quality workmanship.

You will perform trim carpentry, cabinetry, some painting, sheetrock repair and coordinate with scheduling to resolve field issues. A strong team player mindset and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain RRP Lead Renovator Certification within one month.
• OSHA knowledge preferred.
• Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, millwork, interior trim or closet organizers required.

Responsibilities

• Install closet shelves, organizers, cabinetry and millwork.
• Perform some painting and sheetrock repair as directed.
• Maintain professional appearance and client service through project completion.
• Coordinate with scheduling and troubleshoot field issues.
• Travel to nearby cities to start new projects.
