Qualifications

• Experience in residential trim carpentry and finishing
• Ability to read construction plans, blueprints, and drawings for accurate trim installation
• Proficiency with hand and power woodworking tools and equipment

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans to install trim components with precision.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install wood and composite materials using hand tools.
• Operate drills, sanders, nail guns, and routers; follow safety protocols.
• Install baseboards, crown molding, casings, wainscoting, and millwork with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with project managers and trades to ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and safely handle tools and materials.
• Assist with framing, siding, door hanging, cabinet installation, and repairs as needed
