Penmarc Inspired Spaces, LLC is seeking an experienced Trim Carpenter to install millwork, cabinets, and closet organizers for residential and commercial projects. You will read blueprints, measure precisely, and ensure installations are plumb, level, and secure. The role requires strong customer service, safety awareness, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Lead Renovator Certification within 30 days of hire.
• 5+ years of experience in carpentry, millwork and remodeling.
• Ability to read blueprints and layouts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets, cabinetry, trim, millwork, and related finishes per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications accurately.
• Measure and cut materials with precision using hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with Market Managers and Scheduling Coordinators to meet timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and uphold safety protocols.
