C Global Inc is seeking a skilled trim carpenter to support the finishing phase of residential construction projects. The role focuses on precise installation of trim, molding, and custom woodwork to meet high standards and client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in trim or finish carpentry, is detail-oriented, and able to read blueprints and shop drawings. Must safely operate hand and power tools on active residential sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in trim or finish carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proficiency with standard carpentry tools.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install trim elements including baseboards and crown molding.
• Read blueprints and project specifications for precise fit.
• Perform finish carpentry with tight tolerances and clean finishes.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines.
• Inspect completed work and maintain site safety and cleanliness.
