Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Trim Carpenter to join the on-site carpentry crew. You will install millwork, molding, and trim for windows, doors, baseboards, crown molding, mantels, and more, often working from blueprints and supervising instructions.

The role involves physical tasks, lifting and standing for long periods, with opportunities for professional development and career progression within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency at carpentry skills.
• Able to interact with coworkers on project site.
• Possess an eye for fine detail; be precise with measurements and cutting tools.
• Must have dexterity, physical strength, stamina to work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans, sketches, and shop drawings for milling and fabrication.
• Work with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall.
• Utilize chisels, planes, saws, drills, and sanders to install millwork, doors and windows.
• Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.
• Build stairs, mantles, and cabinetry.
• Hang doors and install cabinets and molding.
