Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Perform rough carpentry, siding, and trim/finish carpentry tasks for residential projects.
2. Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and crown molding with precision and attention to detail.
3. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
4. Interpret blueprints and project plans to meet specifications.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate should possess:

1. Minimum of 3+ years of carpentry experience, including custom work and finish carpentry work.
2. Highly motivated, dependable, and committed to quality craftsmanship.
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
5. Ability to pass a background check.
6. Have all necessary hand tools for finish or rough carpentry.
