Job description

Job Title: Trim Carpenter

Join our team as a Trim Carpenter and work on some of the best projects in Nashville. We are a locally owned and operated group of businesses with over 10 years of experience in millwork, woodwork, installation, and related trades within the construction industry.

Work Schedule and Benefits
  • 4-day work weeks, Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts
  • W2 employment status
  • Paid weekly
  • Parking passes provided, parking costs covered
Position Summary

The Trim Carpenter will work with the trim carpentry crew to install millwork, molding, and trim such as windows, doors, baseboards, crown molding, mantels, and other ornamental pieces. Responsibilities include installing cabinetry and fixtures as required. The role requires physical activity, including bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying, climbing, and standing for long periods.

Qualifications
  • Ability to accurately cut various types of lumber and fasten with precision
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly on detailed work
  • Proficiency with finish carpentry tools (miter saw, scroll saw, jigsaw, belt sander, router, electric planer, etc.)
  • Experience installing baseboards, trim, crown molding, doors, stair railings, cabinetry, etc.
