Job summary

Trillium Kitchen + Cocktails in downtown Boise is hiring a Restaurant Server to deliver attentive, personable service from greeting to farewell.

You’ll work with Toast system, uphold liquor-service standards, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure memorable dining experiences.

This role requires a customer-first attitude, clear English communication, and weekend availability; training is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and a passion for guest experiences.
• Minimum 2 years of serving experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• TIPS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible beverage service.
• Ability to prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Server at Trillium, you’ll provide attentive, personable, and knowledgeable service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a timely manner, anticipating and fulfilling needs with efficiency and care.
• Maintain a clean and organized station, following setup and detailing standards.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of menu offerings.
• Accurately take and enter orders using Toast system to ensure food and beverage items are delivered promptly and correctly.
• Stay informed on liquor, beer, wine, and mixology standards while promoting responsible alcohol service in accordance with state laws.
• Assist in morning service operations, including setup and side-work duties.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
