Job summary

Ohkay Owingeh seeks a Program Coordinator to plan, coordinate and implement awareness, prevention and education activities related to substance use prevention, and to engage in wellness programming for tribal communities.

Under the Project Lead, the role connects individuals to services, collaborates with prevention and treatment providers, and leads wellness circles for all ages while maintaining confidentiality and assisting with grant-funded activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of experience in a related field or equivalent mix of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates Prevention & Wellness Program activities.
• Coordinates program activities with community service providers.
• Maintains confidential participant files and records.
