Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, public administration, health or related field.
• Experience in managing, administering, developing and delivering a Vocational Rehabilitation or Social Services program.
• Two years of supervising professional staff in related programs.
• Knowledge of Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and WIOA.
• Background check required and ongoing compliance as specified.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of a grant-funded Career Renewal Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation Program.
• Oversee budgets and expenditures with accountability and compliance.
• Provide supervision, coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Apply policies, procedures and professional standards while guiding staff decisions.
• Collaborate across departments and tribal communities to meet program goals.
• Ensure confidentiality and culturally sensitive service delivery.

Education

Master’s degree in social work or related field

Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years’ management experience in Vocational Rehabilitation or Social Services

Five years’ verifiable professional management experience in related programs
