Job summary

Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation in Mayetta, KS seeks a Member Services Manager to oversee enrollment, burial and VSP services for tribal members and provide administrative support to the Election Board and Enrollment Review Committee.

Role ensures compliance with the Tribal Constitution and related ordinances, manages staff activities, and coordinates with committees to respond to requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Must be an enrolled Tribal Member of a Federally Recognized Tribe.
• Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field required.
• Associate degree with 10+ years of administrative experience may substitute.
• Valid driver's license and insurability with Nation's carrier.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enrollment, burial and VSP services for tribal members.
• Provide administrative support to the Election Board and Enrollment Review Committee.
• Ensure staff and committees follow Tribal Constitution, Election Ordinance and Enrollment Ordinance.
