Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of lead clerical, compliance, or related experience.
• Valid Drivers License required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between employees, employers, and Federal, State and Tribal offices.
• Screen applications for job referrals and manage related records.
• Negotiate with contractors and assist in labor disputes mediation.
• Ensure workforce is trained and prepared to enter the workforce with compliant investigations.
• Prepare required reports and monitor worksites near the Warm Springs Reservation to ensure Indian preference guidelines compliance.
