Job summary

Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska is seeking a Project Coordinator/Navigator to lead the CTAS PA3 Winnebago Tribal Court Enhancement Project. The role collaborates with Winnebago Tribal Departments to strengthen court capacity and ensure compliant, client-focused service delivery.

Knowledge of Winnebago Ho-Chunk culture is preferred. Reporting to the Winnebago Tribal Court Administrator, you will manage a caseload, maintain records, develop MOUs, track data, and coordinate with Juvenile Probation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in criminal justice, human services, social services, or related field.
• Two years’ experience or an acceptable combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Grant project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate case file records and reports for grant requirements.
• Track data, create tracking sheets, and submit bi-annual reports.
• Develop Memorandums of Understanding and secure letters of support.
• Create case numbers and manage a caseload around 50 clients.
• Coordinate with Juvenile Probation, Youth Crisis Intervention Center, and other agencies.
