Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing plaintiff's practice in Houston, Texas.

The attorney will handle motor vehicle liability and auto accident cases in litigation, focusing on trial preparation and trial while not typically handling pre-suit matters. We offer a generous and competitive compensation package including a base salary, non-recoverable draw, standard commissions/bonuses, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school and bar admission in TX.
• Experience handling personal injury/auto liability cases in litigation.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases with strong client service.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor vehicle liability and auto accident cases in litigation for plaintiffs in Houston and surrounding areas.
• Prepare for and conduct trials, including trial prep and actual court appearances.
• Draft and file litigation documents: pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motions.
• Guide plaintiffs through the case process and interact with expert witnesses.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and hearings as required.
