Job summary

Leidos in Washington, DC seeks a Courtroom Presentation Specialist to support complex DOJ litigation. You will work with trial teams and experts to develop exhibit plans, prepare images, and ensure smooth courtroom operation.

You will script exhibits, advise attorneys on presentation strategy, manage AV setups, and coordinate with vendors. Travel and long hours are required; trial experience and US citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with Trial Director and OnCue.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure within a trial team.
• Experience preparing, scripting, and distributing exhibits.
• General audio/video knowledge and courtroom setup abilities.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods and long hours.
• Trial experience required; US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Works with the trial team, including expert witnesses, to develop plans.
• Prepares exhibit images for particular uses (e.g. zooming in on or highlighting).
• Develops simple graphic images/exhibits using standard software.
• Advises attorneys on the effectiveness of exhibits or sequences.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of the presentation system in the courtroom.
• Digitizes audio and video clips and synchronizes with transcripts.
• Jack-of-all-trades, handling setup, scripting, graphics, and courtroom operations.
