Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks a seasoned Courtroom Presentation Specialist to support DOJ’s MEGA 6 ALS program. You will work remotely to prepare exhibits, operate the courtroom presentation system, and advise on sequencing with trial teams.

The role requires familiarity with Trial Director and Sanction, strong oral communication, and the ability to travel as needed for trials and hearings. Prior trial experience is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with standard courtroom presentation packages such as Trial Director and Sanction.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure as part of a trial team.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.
• Trial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares exhibit images for specific uses (zooming, highlighting, side-by-side layouts).
• Creates simple graphics/exhibits with off-the-shelf software.
• Advises attorneys on exhibit effectiveness and sequence.
• Ensures smooth operation of the courtroom presentation system.
• Digitizes audio and video clips and syncs with transcripts.
• Acts as the primary contractor staff in the courtroom setting.
