Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Courtroom Presentation Specialist to work with trial teams, preparing exhibits and coordinating multimedia in court. You will handle exhibit creation, synchronization of audio/video with transcripts, and ensure flawless operation of the presentation system during proceedings.

Applicants must be familiar with Trial Director and OnCue, possess strong oral communication, and be able to travel for extended periods. Trial experience and U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with standard courtroom presentation packages such as Trial Director and OnCue.
• Must have excellent oral communication skills.
• Must be able to work effectively as a team member in an extremely pressured environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a trial team through the entire pretrial and trial cycle, identifying and scanning exhibits, scripting with the attorneys, and be proficient in creating, changing and distributing exhibits as needed.
• Must have general audio/video knowledge and should be able to set up an electronic courtroom or assist with setting up a war room with little oversight.
• Must be able to travel for extended periods of time.
• Trial experience required.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develops trial plans with the team and expert witnesses.
• Prepares exhibit images for highlighting, zooming, or side-by-side comparisons.
• Creates simple graphics using standard software.
• Advises attorneys on exhibit effectiveness and sequencing.
• Ensures smooth operation of the courtroom presentation system.
• Digitizes audio and video clips and synchronizes them with transcripts.
• Acts as a jack-of-all-trades for trial and courtroom support, including setup, scripting, and operation.
