Job summary

O'Hagan Meyer in Orange County, CA is seeking a Trial Partner to lead its Labor & Employment group. This senior position requires a proven track record in high-stakes litigation and trial experience to guide cases from inception through trial.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of attorneys and manage complex employment matters for sophisticated clients, offering leadership and strategic direction in Courtroom settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience with employment trial experience required.
• Proven track record of success in the courtroom, including jury trials and appellate experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior attorneys.
• Licensed to practice in California and in good standing.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required for trials and client meetings.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with a proven track record in high‑stakes litigation and trial experience to lead and manage significant cases across various practice areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the courtroom and a strong background in litigation strategy, as they will be responsible for developing case theories and managing cases from inception through trial.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $250,000 to $285,000
