Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of criminal and civil litigation, including research and drafting motions and briefs.
• Prepare pleadings and discovery responses, and manage case files to meet deadlines.
• Attend court proceedings, assist with depositions and witness preparation, and support trial strategy.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with investigators and experts.
• Develop exposure to live courtroom activity and trial work on a regular basis.
