Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation from inception to resolution.
• Appear in Connecticut State and Federal Courts.
• Handle courtroom proceedings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and memoranda.
