Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 1–3 years of litigation experience in a law firm or through judicial clerkship.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Experience drafting pleadings, discovery materials, and motions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation and analyze complex legal issues.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, including document requests, interrogatories, and subpoenas.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Support internal investigations, including document review and witness interviews.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on strategy and case development.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties as appropriate.
