Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Trial Counsel in Greenville, SC to join a personal injury team. The attorney must hold an active South Carolina Bar license in good standing and bring strong courtroom skills and litigation experience to represent clients across South Carolina.

The role involves drafting and filing litigation documents, conducting depositions, and managing mediations and trial proceedings with collaboration from paralegals and support staff.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Bar license in good standing.
• Ideally 1+ years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury or related areas, but willing to train those with less experience.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities
