Qualifications

• Significant first-chair trial experience in commercial litigation.

• Experience handling complex business disputes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first chair in commercial litigation matters including trial.
• Handle complex business disputes in state and federal court.
• Lead hearings, dispositive motions, discovery strategy, and trial preparation.
• Manage high-exposure and heavily contested matters.
• Supervise and mentor associates.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s California litigation practice.
