Job summary

Offit Kurman, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks a senior commercial litigation attorney with substantial first-chair trial experience to join and grow its Los Angeles office.

The successful candidate will lead complex disputes, serve as first chair, manage hearings and motions, oversee discovery strategy, and mentor associates as the California litigation practice expands.

Qualifications

• Significant first-chair trial experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated courtroom experience in state and/or federal courts.
• Strong motion practice and case management skills.
• Experience handling complex business disputes.
• Ability to independently manage matters from inception through resolution.
