Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active CA Bar license and/or NV Bar license in good standing.
• Interest in civil litigation, appellate and/or transactional practice.
• Strong writing, case analysis, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all aspects of litigation from fact investigation to drafting pleadings.
• Draft motions and take depositions.
• Represent clients in court and appellate proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with trial and appellate attorneys to develop case strategies.
