Qualifications

• Seven years of litigation experience.
• Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
• Process-oriented with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt, multitask and work independently.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ambitious attorney that wants to grow their practice in a full-service firm.
• Licensed to Practice Law in California.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage litigation matters with a focus on discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Handle all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
• Maintain deadlines and coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Develop and grow client relationships for the firm.
