ACTS Law in California seeks a qualified attorney to join our civil litigation practice, with emphasis on personal injury and mass tort matters. The ideal candidate holds a JD, is admitted to the California bar, and brings at least three years of experience in civil litigation.

This role supports remote work with hybrid options in Encino, CA. You will draft complaints and motions, manage discovery, defend depositions, and help shape case strategy.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor (JD) required.
• California bar admission.
• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience, with emphasis on personal injury and/or mass torts.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, including in remote settings.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and file complaints and pleadings for personal injury and mass tort matters.
• Manage written discovery, including interrogatories and requests for production.
• Conduct and defend depositions with clients and experts.
• Research and draft substantive motions (dismissal, compel, summary judgment).
• Collaborate on case strategy, including liability and damages analysis.
• Prepare cases for trial with exhibits, witness outlines, and logistics.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
