Job Title: Attorney - Commercial Litigation

A premier litigation boutique in Los Angeles is seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney (3+ years) to join its expanding platform. Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, substantive motions, and legal memoranda; oversee high-stakes factual investigations and discovery.
• Handle depositions, coordinate expert witnesses, and participate directly in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of complex commercial litigation matters across plaintiff and defense side- including IP litigation, business torts, employment disputes, real estate, securities, and contract claims.
• Collaborate directly with founding partners on high-profile, high-dollar cases and trial strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with excellent commercial judgment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 - $350,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
