Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a senior commercial litigation attorney to join its Los Angeles, CA office. The role requires first-chair trial experience and the ability to lead complex business disputes in state and federal court.

You will supervise associates, manage matters from inception to resolution, and contribute to growing the firm’s California litigation practice through strong advocacy and strategic case management.

Qualifications

• Significant first-chair trial experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated courtroom experience in state and/or federal courts.
• Strong motion practice and case management skills.
• Experience handling complex business disputes.
• Ability to independently manage matters from inception through resolution.
