Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a senior commercial litigation attorney for our Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will lead complex commercial matters as first chair and guide junior lawyers through trial preparation.

You will handle state and federal disputes, manage high-stakes litigation, and contribute to the growth of the California litigation practice. JD required and CA license.

Applicants must have substantial first-chair trial experience and excellent research and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Significant first-chair trial experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated courtroom experience in state and/or federal courts.
• Strong motion practice and case management skills.
• Experience handling complex business disputes.
• Ability to independently manage matters from inception through resolution.
